CROWN PRINCE SULTAN IBN ABDUL AZIZ STRESSES THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES VISITS TO THE KINGDOM'S REGION.
PRINCE SULTAN DONATES SR ONE MILLION TO THE PROJECT OF PREPARATION OF EDUCATIONAL, GEOGRAPHIC AND HISTORICAL ATLASES AND AN ANNUAL AMOUNT OF SR 200 THOUSANDS TO THE WOMEN COMMITTEE FOR MARTYRS IN AL QASSIM.
THE CROWN PRINCE CONGRATULATES THE SAUDI FOOTBALL TEAM FOR ITS PERFORMANCE IN ITS MATCH WITH TUNISIA IN THE WORLD CUP.


Crown Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General, arrived in Dhahran.

He was received at Dhahran air base by Prince Faisal Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdullah Ibn Juluwe; Prince Mohammed Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz, Governor of the Eastern Region; Prince Fahd Ibn Abdullah Ibn Mohammed, Assistant Minister of Defence and Aviation for Civil Aviation Affairs; Prince Mashari Ibn Saud Ibn Abdul Aziz, Under Secretary of the National Guard at the Eastern Region; Prince Turki Ibn Nassir Ibn Abdul Aziz, General President for Meteorology and Environment Protection; Prince Abdullah Ibn Khalid Ibn Turki; Prince Sultan Ibn Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz Ibn Musaed; Prince Juluwe Ibn Abdul Aziz Ibn Musaed, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Region; Prince Mishaal Ibn Bandar Ibn Saud Ibn Abdul Aziz, Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of the National Guard in the Eastern Region; other princes, ministers, and senior civil and military officials.

He was accompanied by a number of princes.

Upon arrival the Crown Prince stressed the importance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz's visit to different areas of the Kingdom and said the leadership is proud of the Saudi people.

Crown Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General, left Riyadh for the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.

At Riyadh air base, he was seen off by Prince Salman Ibn Abdul Aziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, Prince Ahmed Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Minister of Interior, Prince Miqren Ibn Abdul Aziz, Chief of General Intelligence, Prince Khalid Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Assistant Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General for Military Affairs, Prince Faisal Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Secretary General of Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz Charity, Prince Turki Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Assistant Minister of Culture and Information, princes, minister and senior civil and military officials.

On the other hand Crown Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Prime Minister, Defence and Aviation Minister and Inspector General, has extended SR One million to the project of preparation of educational, geographic and historical atlases, which is being carried out by King Abdul Aziz Center in cooperation with the ministry of education.

Dr Fahd al-Samari, the Secretary General of King Abdul Aziz Center, said in a statement to SPA, that the project of preparation educational atlases is one of the most important projects which are carried out under the supervision of Prince Salman Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Governor of Riyadh region and Chairman of the board of directors of King Abdul Aziz Center, in cooperation with the concerned governmental authorities.

Meanwhile Crown Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General has decided to offer an annual amount of SR 200 thousand to al qassim's women committee for martyrs who lost their lives doing their duties. The Committee has also received SR 100 thousand from Prince Bandar Ibn Abdul Aziz. Princess Noura offered her thanks and gratitude to the Crown Prince for his generous donation.

Crown Prince Sultan left Dhahran earlier. He was seen off by a number of princes and officials.

He was received by Prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz Ibn Musaed Al Saud, Governor of the Northern Borders Region; Prince Saud Ibn Abdul Mohsin Ibn Abdul Aziz, Governor of Hael region; Prince Badr Ibn Abdul Mohsin Ibn Abdul Aziz; Prince Abdul Aziz Ibn Saad Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Governor of Hael region, Prince Abdullah Ibn Khalid Ibn Abdullah Al Saud, Assistant Chairman of the Supreme Commission for the Development of Hael region; senior civil and military officials and a group of citizens.

Earlier, Crown Prince Sultan left Al-Ihsa heading for Hael. he was seen off by Prince Mohammed Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz, Governor of the Eastern region, Prince Mashari Ibn Saud Ibn Abdul Aziz, Under Secretary of the National Guard for the Eastern sector; Prince Juluwe Ibn Abdul Aziz Ibn Musaed, Deputy Governor of the Eastern region; Prince Badr Ibn Mohammed Ibn Juluwe, Governor of Al-Ihsa region; other princes and senior civil and military officials.

From Hail Crown Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister, Defence and Aviation Minister and Inspector General, had a phone call with Prince Sultan Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz, President of Youth Welfare and Chairman of the Saudi Sports Mission to the World Cup qualifying matches and with Prince Nawaf Ibn Faisal Ibn Fahd.

The Crown Prince congratulated the entire Saudi Sports Mission for the high level of the Saudi football team in its match against Tunisian team.

On their part, Prince Sultan Ibn Fahd and Prince Nawaf Ibn Faisal Ibn Fahd expressed their pleasure to Crown Prince Sultan for his support to youth and athletes all over the Kingdom.

Meantime Prince Nawaf Ibn Faisal Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz, Vice President of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, opened the Saudi cultural activities being held on the fringes of the participation of the Saudi soccer team in the world cup finals in Germany.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Prince Nawaf conveyed to his listeners the greetings and good wishes of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz and Crown Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General, and the Saudi people.

He said Saudi Arabia, the most sacred place in the world as its hosts the two holy mosques, welcomes all peace-loving people on its soil. He extended a message of love and peace to the people of the world on the occasion of this sports demonstration in Germany.

Prince Nawaf Ibn Faisal Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz, Vice President of Youth Welfare, Vice President of Saudi Arabian Football Association and Deputy Head of the Kingdom's team mission to the World Cup Finals 2006 in Germany headed the delegation of Saudi Arabian Football Association to the 56th conference of the International Federation of Football Associations.

In a press statement, Prince Nawaf said that the conference issued a number of important decisions and recommendations calling on commitment to ethics and ideal values in cooperation among peoples.

Meanwhile the Saudi Post has issued a stamp on the occasion of the world cup. The stamp emphasizes the participation of the Saudi team in the world cup from 1994 until 2006.
