Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, received armed forces' senior officers led by Chief of General Staff General Salih bin Ali Al-Mohayya, his Deputy Lieutenant General Hussain bin Abdullah Al-Qubail and chiefs of the armed forces' branches who came to greet and congratulate the Crown Prince Sultan on his safe return home.

The audience was attended by Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation, and Inspector General for Military Affairs.

A speech ceremony was held on the occasion.

The Crown Prince delivered a speech in which he thanked all for their good feelings, well wishes and candid prayers and said, 'I do feel the same sentiments of love, allegiance, sincerity and gratitude toward you.

On this occasion, I thank, in the name of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Supreme Commander of the entire Armed Forces, every faithful man among you, and in particular, I thank our fighting daring heroes, who are defending the right and legitimacy of our country.

My brethren, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was and still is a country of peace and peace-loving and has worked for peace and made it for many countries, and it has a record full of generous hands in all countries of the world in this field, but unfortunately, we found ourselves compelled to face a situation forced on us and have no other way but to confront it with dignity.

My fellow colleagues, when we defend our country, we deter every one who may try to infringe on the sovereignty of our motherland, its citizens and residents, and I do not conceal that such a heinous act and such skirmishes are advantageous to none, because any blood drop from the two sides, is bleeding our hearts. Arab and Muslim blood is so precious and dear to us, and we were wishing that those who are fighting us, or those who are inciting them to fight, were directing their weapons toward our enemies, instead of directing that gun to opposing directions. The world around us is accelerating its pace to build and develop. Those infiltrators should have better contributed to building their country and joined its dear leadership which wants good for the entire Yemeni People.

While you are carrying out the duty of defending your motherland, you should know that Allah is with us and the whole world is with us because we have not made an aggression against anyone. We do not accept our men to be a force of evil against the mischievous but rather a force of goodness and peace.

My brethren and colleagues, on Saturday, I visited the injured in the Armed Forces Hospital in Riyadh. I was astonished that they were resolutely and sincerely hoping to recover fast to return to battle field because they had faith and clear objective.

Rest assured that all families of those who fell martyrs, missed in action and the injured are at the center of the attention of their Leader, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the great man who cares for all of them. We thank him on behalf of all of you. We also thank all military commanders and to their loyal soldiers.

I am authorized by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to serve all of you. Son Khalid and the Chief of General Staff will follow up all of your personal and general needs. So do not hesitate because I am one of you and I am for you. I love you. You are devoted and faithful in carrying out your duties, and may Allah make you victorious against your enemies.
