The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia celebrated on June 19 the 4th anniversary of the allegiance-pledge to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud who ascended the throne on 26/6/1426H.

Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported speeches and articles written on this occasion by a number of Governors and Vice Governors of Saudi regions, ministers and officials.

Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of the Eastern Region, said that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has recorded, since his ascension to the throne, a turning point in the Kingdom's history, engraved letters eternal in the memory of the nation, dedicated in the service of the homeland and citizens and provided all means of a welfare and prosperous life for the people of this dear country.

Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Madinah region pointed out that King Abdullah has been able through his major achievements, generous contributions, consecutive initiatives and accelerating reform decisions to possess the hearts of all peoples at local and external arenas.

Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Najran region, affirmed that the Kingdom has witnessed in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques great achievements characterized by comprehensiveness and integration and embodied his dedication in the service of the homeland, its citizens, the Islamic nation and the entire human community.

In a statement on this occasion, Prince Mohammed bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Baha region expressed his great pleasure on the 4th anniversary of Allegiance-Pledge to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the General President of Youth Welfare, President of Saudi Olympic Committee stressed that what has been achieved in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud during a record time in all areas of development and civilization, despite all the crises in the world, indicates his comprehensive care for all matters for achievement of a bright future for this country as well as the Kingdom's leading role at the foreign policy arena.

Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Red Crescent Authority has stressed that the 4th anniversary of allegiance-pledge to King Abdullah is a happy occasion and dear to all people who enjoy comprehensive economic progress in all fields.

Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Vice General President of Youth Welfare, has commended the achievements of King Abdullah during the past four years, characterized by comprehensiveness and integration, and embodied his dedication to the service of the homeland, its citizens, the Islamic nation and the human community.

Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to Minister of Interior said that the prosperous era of King Abdullah has been characterized by the issuance of a number of important decisions that reflect the great human and national aspects of the King's personality and indicates a clear message of the noble human implications confirming the policy of this country in the service of religion and issues of the Islamic nation.

The Minister of Labor Dr. Ghazi bin Abdulrahman Al-Gosaibi shed light on the King's achievements at local, Arab and Islamic arenas.

The Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabia has emphasized that the Kingdom under leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has surpassed in the area of development the ceiling approved for the achievement of many goals set by U.N. Millennium Declaration in 2000.

Commenting on the occasion, the Jeddah-based Al-Bilad said this anniversary reiterates the loyalty of the citizens toward their adorable leader.

King Abdullah is the leader who has enabled the Kingdom to earn the honorable respect at the local, regional and international arenas, said the daily.

It noted that King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has exploited the oil revenues for a comprehensive development in all the Kingdom's cities and villages.

During the era of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, gigantic economic cities have been established, generating job opportunities for the Saudi youth, the paper noted.

"In addition, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has also unified the Gulf and Arab ranks and successfully promoted a beneficial dialogue among the followers of various religions and cultures," the daily added.
