Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Emir of Kuwait discuss bilateral cooperation, regional, international issues
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud held at his palace in the Saudi capital Riyadh a session of talks with Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on overall developments on the regional and international arenas and the stands of the two countries towards them.
They also discussed aspects of cooperation between the two countries and ways of their enhancement in all fields to serve the interests of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
On the Saudi side, the session was attended by Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of Allegiance-Pledge Commission; Prince Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; Prince Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs; Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region; Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Riyadh region and Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Chief of General Intelligence.
On the Kuwaiti side, the session was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah; Minister of Electricity and Water and Acting Minister of Oil Eng. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Alim and number of officials.
King Abdullah held a luncheon in honor of Sheikh Sabah and his accompanying delegation. The banquet was attended by Prince Mishaal; Prince Fahd bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz; Prince Miteb; Prince Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saud; Prince Naif; Prince Salman; Prince Saud; Prince Sattam; Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Adviser to Interior Minister; Prince Miqren; ministers and senior officials.
Sheikh Sabah left Riyadh after a brief visit to the Kingdom.
At the King's Palace, the Kuwaiti Emir was seen off by The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud who wished him and the accompanying delegation a happy journey.
At the Riyadh Airbase, the Kuwaiti Emir was seen off by Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region and a number of officials.
